American rapper, songwriter, television personality, activist, and actor Tauheed Epps’ talent, charm, and popularity led to his becoming known as “2 Chainz,” or, possibly, simply “2 Chainz.” He gained prominence when he was featured on three singles: “No Lie,” “Birthday Song,” and “I’m Different.”

Tauheed Epps (formerly two words as Tity Boi), a famous American rapper, songwriter, basketball player, and media personality, was born and raised in College Park, Georgia. His family was well known for helping out other young artists and musicians with their projects.
The duo was signed to fellow Georgia-based recording artist Ludacris’ Disturbing Tha Peace label, and have gained popularity for their first single, “Duffle Bag Boy.” In 2012, Epps signed a solo record deal with Def Jam Recordings, an imprint of Universal Music Group. Epps’ debut solo album Based on a T.R.U.
The story was released on August 14, 2012. Reviews were mixed. “No Lie,” “Birthday Song,” and “I’m Different” were successful singles from the album, “twenty years in the making,” and all of them charted in the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 and had been certified Gold or higher by the RIAA, and the album had won gold certification.
His second studio album, B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time, was released on September 11, 2013; supported by “Feds Watching” and “Used 2.” Epps began working with the television network Viceland on a series called Most Expensivest, which premiered on November 15, 2017, and continues to air for three seasons.

Chainz was born Tauheed Epps in College Park, Georgia, United States, on September 12, 1977. He was raised primarily by his mother as a result of his father’s imprisonment. He is American by nationality. His birth sign is Virgo.
He moved from North Clayton High School to Alabama State University and then to Virginia State University. He became engaged during adolescence and also had engaged in basketball. While in high school, he managed to be in trouble with the law for drug possession, and when he was fifteen years old, he had been arrested.
Later, he attended and graduated from Alabama State. 2 Chainz began his career in the mid-1990s as a member of a hip-hop duo named Playaz Circle together with his high school friend and rapper Earl “Dolla Boy” Conyers. Playaz Circle made a name for itself by performing songs.
At the same time, 2 Chainz became close friends with famous rapper Ludacris, and the duo performed with Ludacris on many occasions. In 2007, they debuted their album Supply & Demand. This album became a hit and hit number 27 on the Billboard 200. It sold more than 26,000 copies in its first week.
However, in the second week, it fell to number 79 on the Billboard 200. In March 2012, he unveiled his debut studio album called Based on a T.R.U. Story and two months later, he released the lead single “No Lie”, which featured Canadian rapper Drake. This song was selected at no. 46 on the Billboard Hot 100, and it sold 1.4 million copies digitally.
The US Billboard 200 in 2012 saw the debut of his debut album Based on a T.R.U. as well as his second collection B.O.A.T.S. II. They both attained the third spot on their corresponding charts. In 2017, he released his new album titled Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. This album featured guest appearances by stars like Pharrell Williams, Drake, and Travis Scott.
It also received a positive review from numerous individuals. 2 Chainz’s following Vezzu fight with Rick Ross occurred in August 2020, and his subsequent album’s name was revealed in September 2020. The initial release date of the album was set for September 25, 2020, but it took samples to clear sooner than expected.
On Celebrity Family Feud’s season premiere on September 24, 2020, 2 Chainz was up against Big Boi and his family. In addition, on 3rd August 2021, 2 Chainz announced that his seventh and last trap album, Dope Don’t Sell Itself, would be released.
